You are responsible for paying any governmental taxes imposed on your purchases, including, but not limited to, sales, use or value-added taxes. Skincare Garden shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Nevada.

Skincare Garden reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Skincare Garden further reserves the right any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity of any item you ordered.

Skincare Garden does not accept orders from resellers, exporters, wholesalers, any businesses of any kind or customers who intend to resell, unless an agreement is signed between the two parties. Please contact us if you are interested in purchasing our product line for reselling.

By submitting an order through our site, you agree to our policies, including our return policy. Skincare Garden reserves the right, at any time, to change its prices and billing methods for products or services sold, effective immediately upon posting on the site or by email delivery to you.

Product defects must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt.

We accept orders through our website (www.SkincareGarden.com). All orders are processed directly with a Credit or Debit Card and PayPal. All our products are sold worldwide in US currency.

You have the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card after you click the “Checkout” button. You will then be prompted to the PayPal checkout page. On the left-hand side you will see “Why use PayPal” at the lower portion of that section you will see “Don’t have a PayPal account?,” click “Continue” and you will be able to enter all of your information on the left-hand side. CANCELING AN ORDER

Orders cannot be canceled once you have completed the checkout process. If you have accidentally ordered the wrong style of garment contact us as soon as possible with “exchange” in the subject line and we will make arrangements for an exchange. Top

RETURN POLICY

Skincare Garden products are non-refundable; due to industry health regulations we do not accept returns or exchanges. If a wrong product was sent to you by mistake, contact us within seven days of receiving your order for a return authorization. Returned items must be unused and unopened, with all original packaging and tags. Return the item via USPS First-Class Mail, along with a confirmation number and a copy of the packing slip. We will credit your account for this cost, along with free shipping for the correct item sent back to you. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Top

We ship our products via USPS. Orders are shipped from Las Vegas, Nevada. Please allow 3 to 5 days for delivery in the United States and 7 to 14 days for international orders.Top

NON-DELIVERABLE, REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED ORDERS

If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, negligence, absence, or incorrect shipping information (customer provides invalid, unknown or insufficient address), Skincare Garden will attempt to contact you via telephone and/or email to resolve the order. If no response is received, the customer will be charged the appropriate shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.
